Compliance work,
done properly.

Five engagements. Every one scoped to your RTO before a price is quoted.

If ASQA arrived next month, which evidence would you least want opened first?

Most RTO managers answer that immediately. The work below usually starts there.

01 — Diagnostic

Gap audit

We look at what an auditor looks at: assessment evidence, trainer files, industry engagement, student records, marketing claims, and the systems behind them.

You receive

A written findings report with every gap rated by risk, mapped to the specific clause it relates to, and a prioritised remediation plan your team can action without needing it interpreted.

Best for

RTOs approaching audit, scope change or a change of ownership — and anyone who hasn't had external eyes on their practice in two years.

02 — Development

Assessment tool development

Unit-level tools built from the training product up. Mapped to every performance criterion, performance evidence and knowledge evidence requirement, with the mapping document included — and written in language your trainers and students will actually use.

You receive: assessor guide, student assessment tasks, benchmark answers and mapping, per unit.

Best for: new units on scope, tools flagged in validation, or a qualification you've inherited and don't fully trust.

03 — Development

Training & Assessment Strategy

A TAS that describes how your delivery genuinely works — cohort, mode, duration, sequencing, resources, trainer requirements and industry consultation — rather than a template that contradicts what your trainers do on the day.

You receive: a complete TAS per qualification, with supporting industry engagement documentation.

Best for: adding to scope, or when your current TAS no longer matches practice.

04 — Facilitation

Validation facilitation

Independently facilitated pre- and post-assessment validation. We chair the session, keep it focused on evidence rather than opinion, and produce the record that demonstrates the validation actually occurred and led to action.

You receive: facilitated session, validation records, findings and a tracked action list.

Best for: meeting your validation schedule when internal staff are too close to the tools to validate them independently.

05 — Ongoing

Retained compliance support

A monthly arrangement giving you consistent compliance capacity — a set number of hours for tool reviews, TAS updates, validation, regulatory change monitoring, and a direct line when questions come up mid-week.

You receive: an agreed monthly scope, with priorities reset each month against what's actually in front of you.

Best for: RTOs that need compliance capability continuously but can't justify a full-time hire.

Pricing

Quoted, not listed.

Fees depend on scope, qualification complexity and the state of the existing documentation — so we don't publish a rate card that would be wrong for most RTOs reading it. Tell us what you need and you'll have a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

How an engagement runs.

01

Conversation

A short call to understand your scope, sectors, timeline and what's actually worrying you.

02

Written proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed dates. You decide with everything in front of you.

03

Work

Delivered to agreed milestones, with progress visible along the way.

04

Handover

Documentation plus a walkthrough with your team, so the work is maintainable.

05

Follow-up

A check-in after implementation to confirm the fixes held.

Not sure which one you need?

That's a normal place to start. Describe the situation and we'll tell you what the work actually is.
